1. Acceptance of Terms
   By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

   You represent that you are (a) at least the age of majority in your country and (b) legally capable of entering binding contracts. Access to certain services may be restricted or unavailable in some jurisdictions.

3. Risk Disclosure
   Trading foreign exchange (Forex), CFDs and similar instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Prices can move rapidly and you may lose some or all of your capital. Do not trade with funds you cannot afford to lose. Nothing on the Site constitutes investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.

4. Account Registration, KYC & Security
   4.1 You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to update it as needed.
